Who runs BookGermanTest

BookGermanTest puts German exam dates from official booking pages in one place, and emails you when a date that fits you opens up.

Who we are

Founder

BookGermanTest is run by Qogent Learning Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India. Qogent also runs GoAusbildung and MS in Germany, which help people with Ausbildung and university study in Germany.

We are independent. We are not part of Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, ECL, TestDaF or any other exam provider.

How we find exam dates

  1. 1. We check the official booking pages

Our scheduled checks read the booking pages for Goethe, telc, ÖSD, ECL, TestDaF, TestAS, onSET and dMAT in 17 countries, plus DSH, telc C1 Hochschule, PKT and the Kenntnisprüfung in Germany.

  2. 2. We spot what changed

A new date, a seat that came back, or a booking window about to open.

  3. 3. We email you the link

If it matches your alert, you get an email with a direct link. You book on the official site.

How often we check

Checks run on a schedule that we set for each exam. We change it when providers change their booking pages, so we do not publish it. Alerts are not instant: you hear from us after the next check that finds your date.

Is it free?

Email alerts are free for everyone.

WhatsApp alerts are an optional paid pass: ₹399 in India or $4.99 elsewhere for 30 days. Nothing renews on its own.

Qogent pays for the checks and the emails. If it fits your plans, we point you to GoAusbildung or MS in Germany for help with Ausbildung or university study.
