1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookGermanTest.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BookGermanTest.

2. Description of Service

BookGermanTest is a free information aggregation service that monitors publicly available exam slot information from German language examination providers (including but not limited to Goethe-Institut, TELC, OSD, and ECL) and notifies users when exam slots become available via email and Telegram.

WE DO NOT:

  • Book exam slots on behalf of users
  • Guarantee availability of any exam slot
  • Have any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from Goethe-Institut, TELC, OSD, ECL, or any other examination body
  • Access any user's account on examination portals
  • Store examination portal credentials

3. Free Service

BookGermanTest is a 100% free service for users seeking exam slot alerts. We do not charge any fees for exam slot alerts. Our service includes free email alerts and access to our public Telegram channel (@bookgermantest). There are no hidden charges, premium tiers, or paid features for alert subscribers.

4. Advertising Services

BookGermanTest offers paid advertising slots on our website for businesses targeting German language learners in India.

  • Ad Slots: Display advertisements appear on designated areas of our website
  • Pricing: ₹999/month subscription, billed monthly via Stripe
  • Activation: Ads will be live within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Content Guidelines: All advertisements must be relevant to German language learning, education, or related services. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate

5. Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS FOR ADVERTISING SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing an advertising subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction with results, or early termination
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period
  • If your advertisement is rejected or removed due to violation of our content guidelines, no refund will be issued
  • Technical issues or service interruptions do not entitle you to a refund

This no-refund policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provisions for digital services where the service begins immediately upon payment.

6. No Affiliation Disclaimer

BookGermanTest is an independent third-party service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Goethe-Institut, TELC, OSD, ECL, TestDaF, or any German language examination authority. All trademarks, service marks, and logos of examination bodies belong to their respective owners. Our service merely aggregates publicly available information for user convenience.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when subscribing to alerts
  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data
  • Not use automated tools to access our Service
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
  • Book exam slots directly on official examination portals at your own discretion

8. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make NO WARRANTY regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exam slot information. Exam availability can change rapidly, and users should always verify information on official examination provider websites before making any decisions. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between our alerts and actual availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • BookGermanTest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not responsible for missed exam slots, failed bookings, or any loss resulting from reliance on our Service
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by examination bodies, including changes to exam schedules, pricing, or availability

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BookGermanTest (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by us and protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms
