- Who needs it
- Nurses: Bavaria's nursing office, for example, asks for B2 before it issues the licence. It accepts Goethe, telc, ÖSD and TestDaF certificates, and ECL for exams from December 2020. Doctors: B2 general German is the entry requirement for the C1 medical language test. German-taught university degrees usually need more than B2: DSH-2 or TestDaF with TDN 4 in all four parts.
